FAQ

Q: Why is there a password for the website?

A: We're preparing for the launch!

Q: How do I get a piece?

A: I'll announce when we do drops, typically they are on Friday at 3PM PST but may change. Our releases can be found on the "Custom Release" tab on our website. We will not DM you asking you for payment to purchase a piece. We also do not sell our pieces via any other page.

QWhat is the price range?

A: Customs range from 150 - 450 USD with a majority of the pieces being in the 150-250 price range. We also drop an assortment of vintage t-shirts and sweatshirts.

Q: Why don't I see any custom pieces on the website?

A: Typically after a release they are the first to sell out. Once a piece sells out we remove it from the page in order to free up space for remaining inventory. All of our pieces are 1 of 1 meaning we only make one of each, they tend to go quick due to this.

Q: What are the two numbers you typically post next to the size of the item?

A: Pit to Pit x Length as seen below. We include these because a majority of the pieces are secondhand and may have shrunk overtime so the size depicted on the tag may not be accurate to the current era. We sometimes reference "refer to measurements" on our listing so you can double check to make sure the item will fit you. 98% of the items we list are used to are subject to imperfections that may have been missed when photographed. A majority of the sweatshirts/hoodies we use are 20+ years old so they will show signs of wear.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders will be shipped the following week, typically on Monday-Wednesday after a Friday release. Shipping time varies between 2-4 days depending on your location. International shipments via DHL typically take 7-12 days after they've been picked up.

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?

A: We do not accept returns on customized pieces or order cancellations after an order has been placed.

Q: Do you do customs?

A: Not currently, my workload is a bit much right now but as time goes on I might consider it.

Q: Who pays for international customs fee?

A: The buyer is responsible for the customs fee associated with the item purchased.

There's probably more questions I haven't answered but I can't think of any right now, I'll add on to this as time goes on. I do want to say I'm super appreciative of ya'll for the support you've been showing.
